Quality Policy of Saga Poland Sp. z o.o.

The Quality Policy constitutes part of the operation strategy of SAGA regarding activity, development, and improvement of the Quality Management System.

The aim of Saga Poland’s Management Board and Employees is to provide comprehensive services meeting the Customers’ needs for castings, elements made with aluminium profiles and components processed on CNC machines, used, among others, in the Automotive sector.

Implementation, maintenance, and constant improvement of the QMS in line with EN ISO 9001: 2015 norms and IATF 16949:2016 enables effective processes management, ensuring the required quality of Saga’s products at the same time abiding by the provisions of law.

Quality Policy of Saga focuses on the following roles:

  • It is a basis for specifying aims and tasks in implemented processes and for constant improvement of products and increasing their complexity/technical development.
  • as a formed policy, when communicated to all employees, enables its comprehension and learning the company’s aims and tasks, and most of all – the scope of the responsibility of particular processes participants for its implementation.
  • Building current and future credibility of the company as a stable and reliable partner.
  • Achieving a strong competitive market position.

Quality Policy Objectives: 

  • meeting the requirements of the constantly growing market and achieving repeatable quality and competitiveness of products, acting in line with provisions of law.
  • improvement of the Quality Management System
  • expanding the range of products based on elements produced with aluminium profiles and processed on CNC machines
  • increase of Customers satisfaction thanks to constant analysis of expectations and needs of Recipients
  • continuing customisation of the manner of customer service to their needs

The set objectives are achieved by: 

  • reviewing management system ensuring implementation of quality requirements;
  • modernisation and streamlining of quality control processes;
  • supervision over meeting the quality requirements by using statistical quality control tools;
  • improving the employees’ knowledge and training them to carry out tasks that are constantly technically modernised, also to ensure the employees’ satisfaction; 
  • arranging internal specialised trainings and participation in external ones;
  • automation of workplaces by introducing modern technical solutions;
  • specifying responsibilities and authorisations of staff of each management level;
  • joint implementation of projects with recipients, both technical and financial participation;
  • cooperation with scientific centres;
  • cooperation with qualified raw materials sub-suppliers;
  • streamlining of technological processes by automation;
  • on-time provision of services and creation of such conditions for client that the best offer meeting their current and future requirements can be given within the company’s operation;
  • environmental measures at all production processes;
  • observance of ethical principles;

To meet the quality aims, the Management Board of Saga Poland Sp. z o.o. undertakes to improve processes of products quality management. The Management Board ensures that this Quality Policy as well as the quality objectives for particular processes and tasks under the Policy are understandable for all participants of the processes and that they have been implemented. At the same time the Board guarantees that in order to implement the above quality objectives all necessary resources and means have been provided.
