New investments in Saga Poland

Frech machine K-510 improved Saga’s machinery stock located in the main production hall. The machine was launched in January and the production process started on 15 February. Our plans include to facilitate the workcell will a mass finishing machine along with a centrifugal dryer and a station for packing details in the one-piece flow system. Purchase and start-up of the new foundry machinery was necessary to ensure continuous production of enlarged volume of orders we have received from our clients.


In May 2016 Saga Poland took part in a conference organised by the Foundry Research Institute. The conference covered issues of the casting industry with particular emphasis on quality, innovation, use of modern research techniques, destructive and non-destructive testing and organisation of production process.

Dr Eng. Aleksander Fajkiel – long-time employee of the Institute, was mentioned during the conference. Dr Fajkiel was a consultant of our company and a strong supporter of its development.

The conference, especially the lecture given by a representative of Saga Poland, led to interesting discussions on the future of casting and new technologies in the industry. The conference was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and establish cooperation.

Saga Poland for James Bond

In 2014, at the request of the client, we created a prototype of one of the car body components for the new car model known for James Bond films.

Since 2015 we have been producing aluminium profiles for car windows for this brand of cars.
